The Long Beach Grand Cru recognizes sponsorship participation at six levels: Presenting; Sweepstakes; Gold; Silver; Bronze. Sponsors receive reserved table seating for up to ten (10) guests at the awards & wine tasting event. All sponsors receive recognition on the Grand Cru web site for one year. Each year, the Grand Cru Board of Directors hosts a special, private, PRE-EVENT SPONSOR PARTY. The Sponsor Party will be held on Wednesday, April 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hotel Maya in Long Beach. Invitations to this advance Sponsor event will be sent beginning March 1, 2010. If your company is interested in becoming involved with this socially responsible marketing event please call the Executive Producer, Ludmila Montoya at (213) 640-3894 with name, address, phone/cell/email and contact. It is a "by invitation only" evening and a chance to meet civic, industry and business professionals, enjoy great appetizers, and sample competition and medal winning wines from the 2009 Grand Cru wine competition.
WHO: Sponsors play an important role in the Long Beach Grand Cru by providing funding essential to the event's success. In return for investment in the event, sponsors benefit from extensive visibility and community good will. Sponsors also provide publicity and promotions by linking their involvement directly to their own marketing advertising efforts. Sponsorship involvement is a cost-effective method to support legal services for low-income people and at the same time receive increased awareness for your business.
WHAT: Sponsors provide the foundation for creating the visibility needed to attract other sponsors and credibility that a sponsorship in the Grand Cru is a worthwhile investment.
HOW: There are sponsorship levels for every budget. The Title level is exclusive to one company only. The Presenting, Sweepstakes, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorships are unlimited. Marketing and promotional benefits are based on the level of sponsorship.

WHY: The Long Beach Grand Cru is the major fundraiser to support the ongoing programs and services for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, greater Long Beach office. The Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles is a non-profit law firm that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income citizens in metropolitan Los Angeles. LAFLA has been our community’s frontline law firm for low income people for 80 years. Each day brings enormous demand from scores of people who come to one of LAFLA”s neighborhood offices, three courthouse domestic violence clinics, four courthouse Self-Help Legal Access Centers, and numerous off-site clinics and workshops seeking help with problems either caused or made worse by poverty. Last year, LAFLA’s poverty law experts, aided by a network of dedicated supporters and volunteers, provided legal assistance to more than 14,000 individuals and families and important legal information and education to over 57,000 others, helping them escape domestic violence, avoid homelessness, obtain food and health care for themselves and their children, defend their employment and consumer rights and move from welfare to work.
In addition to charitable support of community activities, sponsors can feel confident that the Grand Cru is a wise business and socially responsible marketing investment, providing name recognition, advertising, promotional and public relations benefits.
